2002 Contest

The 2002 TTAL began on June 25th and ended on the July 26th.
There were over 90 entries...

2003 Contest

The 2003 TTAL Contest began on June 25th and ended on July 25th.
Fans were asked to write a story using the song titles
from Staind's albums.
The 1st place winners were Ashley Van Wormer & Jon Schuldt (autographed shirts)

The 2nd place winner was Perry Pev (art & aaron autograph)
The 3rd place winner was Courtney Brinkert (aaron autograph)

The 4th place winner was Susanne (aaron autograph)

2004 Contest

The 2004 TTAL Contest Started on June 26 and ended on August 1st.
Fans were asked to write on one particular Staind song 
and explain why that is their favourite song.

Birthday Fan Book


In 2004 I put up a message on the website and emailed
a bunch of fans saying I want to put together a 
birthday book for Aaron (belated - he received it on May 11).
The response was great and everyone was kind enough
to send me such things as letters, photos, artwork and
other artistic forms to show their appreciation for 
Aaron and the band.

The following is an email regarding this project 
from Aaron himself:

"Hey Nadia,
        I just want to start by thanking you and all 
the fans who made me the awesome birthday book.  That 
is something that I will cherish forever.
        I was wondering if you could post this letter 
to the fans on the site.  It is something I should 
have done a long time ago and just never happened.  
I also would like to thank you so much for all the 
time and heart that you put into this site, it is 
really well done.  It is hard to know what to say or 
do for people that you don't really know on a personal 
level, yet their is still this overwhelming connection 
through common circumstance or emotions, all I can 
do is let you know that it hasn't gone unnoticed. 
          I would like to thank all the fans/friends 
of staind for being the most dedicated fans I know of.  
I was feeling a little stuck lately in the studio and 
reading all your words really helps put it all into 
perspective. This business has the tendency to suck 
the life out of everything and then replaces it with 
pressure to write a "hit" rather than writing for 
yourself. This causes a lot of self-doubt, and over 
analysis, that ruins the process for me. So thank you 
for all of YOUR words." - Aaron Lewis
